Monday morning and the river remains unchanged , the picture below was sent to me by Kris Mukerji one of 35 fish he caught on Saturday predominately to an upstream nymph and a few to a dry when presented with an opportunity .

The river as at 0800 hrs this morning .
The picture below is of Mr Beerling with a 4lb 14 oz Fish he caught last night .

Monday morning and the river is settled following a dry windy !!!! weekend , thankfully the wind has subsided .

Wednesday morning and the picture has improved , another 24 hrs should see the river in good shape .

Tuesday morning and the river is high and coloured following a stormy night of strong winds and rain . A sunny start however the strong wind remains . The river is falling slowly but with the risk of rain later the outlook for tomorrow is not good either .

Monday morning and the river is falling following a lift yesterday afternoon , at the moment the colour is greatly improved enough for the fly , however strong winds strengthening later and more rain forecast so the picture could change quickly .
